day 9

not too much to report today.  I did not work out today. maybe I should stretch I haven't eaten too many vegetables.  its soo hard to cook on a when i teach.  that is all.

yikes I lost count of the days...

yikes this week has just flown by and been a bit crazy. But whatevers.... just keep chuggin' along. barely any workouts this week. Let my try to remember why. Tuesday Gilbert took a nap so I did some quiet yoga I have to tred carefully with yoga but htis one did ok and didn't make me hurt.. but was maybe a little bit too beginner. Wednesday Griselda came over at the time I was gonna work out.  Thursday I had the school meeting and then Gilbert didn't go to soccer practice beacuse he was sick. Friday Well, we had some *fun* this morning, and then I had to take Gilbert to the doctors.  So that was this week.  Eating this week has been pretty good.  I had a concha but otherwise pretty much stayed away from sugar.  However, I keep watching these YouTube videos and they just make me anxious they make me feel like whatever i do is wrong.  Like if i'm not intermitten fasting and eating keto and the list goes on then I'm not doing anything ri...

day 28

Yesterday was another good day.  I resisted the urge to eat the waffle.  Its funny just having this 90 day challenge reminds me not to and then I can resist.  but before I would have eaten the leftover waffle.  But I can eat a healthier breakfast, which I did. yay me.  got caught up and ended up not eating till like 4 but that was ok because it meant that I didn't eat before bed, so I'm sort of doing 12 hour fasting.  I've been toying with this fasting idea.  like I feel like i sort of have to do it and if i'll lose weight while doing it than hey great! but frankly, I'm not convinced of the science that you will lose weight and 2. HATE the HANGER.  So, I dunno.  Plus I think I didn't really do it since I had a beer at 7.  I don't think that counts.  Oh well. day 25
